My Garlic Butter
Penzeys Green Goddess herb blend plus Basil, Turkish Oregano and Parsley up to 1T total herbs
1 stick of butter
1 head of garlic peeled, half crushed, half sliced
Melt butter and add garlic and herbs, cooking at least one minute to mellow the garlic.
Use to top pasta, bread, shrimp or escargot!
