The United States has some great regional cuisine, in this sample I have
highlighted Creole and Tex-Mex but many other variations are possible
- Jambalaya with Chicken, Shrimp, and Sausage
A spicy rice dish with chicken, shrimp, andouille sausage, peppers, tomatoes, and onions
- Shredded Pork with Pinto Bean Cakes
Tender pork burritos with a tasty tomato sauce
Served with Pinto Bean cakes and salsa
- Creole Fettuccini
A Creole seasoned blend of chicken and veggies over fettuccini
- Tex-Mex Barley Bake
A vegetarian southwestern style casserole topped with cheese
Perfect with a fresh made salad
- Flank Steak and Two Potato Gratin
A custom selected steak marinated in a blend of spices and ready to grill or broil
Served with a layered gratin of yams and potatoes with Swiss cheese and almonds
